CNC Aluminum Manifold Block | SolidWorks & DFM
This project demonstrates a production-ready aluminum manifold block designed for multi-operation CNC machining. The component includes multiple intersecting bores, threaded holes, counterbores, side ports, and precision-machined mounting interfaces.
The design was evaluated with manufacturing requirements in mind, including tool accessibility, machining setups, collision risk, wall thickness, tolerance control, and operation sequencing.
