Bullet-Embedded Beer Glass Design for Novelty Drinkware
This project involved the design and development of a premium beer glass featuring an embedded bullet as a distinctive visual element. Inspired by rugged industrial styling and outdoor-themed drinkware, the design combines traditional pint glass functionality with a permanently encapsulated bullet that creates a striking, conversation-starting appearance.
The glass was modeled in SolidWorks using advanced parametric and surface modeling techniques to accurately define the glass profile and the embedded decorative element. Careful attention was given to the positioning of the bullet, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the glass wall while preserving the vessel's capacity, balance, and ergonomic handling.
The design was developed with glass manufacturing considerations in mind, including wall thickness consistency, base stability, and production feasibility. The embedded decorative feature was incorporated to maintain structural integrity while delivering a premium novelty product suitable for retail, promotional merchandise, and collector markets.
