Autonomus Mini Sumo Wedge
This high-performance autonomous mini sumo robot wedge chassis is developed using SolidWorks parametric 3D modeling, surface modeling, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Engineered specifically for competitive mini sumo robotics and combat robot tournaments, the low-profile wedge geometry maximizes ground scraping efficiency, leverage, and opponent displacement. The model is provided in clean, high-density STL (.stl) format, fully optimized for rapid prototyping, additive manufacturing, FDM/SLA 3D printing, and CNC machining in lightweight aluminum or engineering polymers (PETG, PLA, ABS, Nylon). Designed for seamless integration of DC gearmotors, micro sensors, line-tracking arrays, and battery compartments, this rigid CAD design delivers optimal strength-to-weight ratio and collision resistance.
