Objective: Automate cleaning and screwdriving of a unit to improve consistency and cycle time. Solution: 2-position indexing table with quick-change fixtures. Station 1 loads the part and cleans the mask using rotating ionized air nozzles. Station 2 performs screwdriving with an XYZ system and automatic screw feeder, using clamps to support torque and ensure stability. Impact: Reduced manual handling, improved repeatability, and reliable fastening quality.
