Automated Conveyor System with Pallets and Multi-Station Assembly

Objective: Develop a pallet-based conveyor system (Bosch TS2) for an assembly line with cover closing, inspection, laser marking, and final testing stations. Solution: Designed the conveyor layout, structure, and fixtures for consistent part positioning. Added a servo-driven XY system for pin inspection with adjustable camera and lighting brackets. Impact: Improved part flow and inspection consistency across stations, supporting a stable and efficient production process.
