64 oz Premium Glass Pitcher Design for Beverage Service

This project involved the design and development of a 64 oz (1.9 L) glass pitcher intended for residential, hospitality, and food service applications. The objective was to create an elegant, ergonomic, and durable pitcher that provides excellent pouring performance while maintaining a timeless aesthetic suitable for everyday use and premium table settings. The pitcher was developed in SolidWorks using parametric and surface modeling techniques to achieve a smooth, balanced profile with an integrated ergonomic handle and precision-engineered pouring spout. The design emphasizes user comfort, stability, and efficient liquid flow while preserving the clarity and elegance expected of high-quality glassware. Particular attention was given to glass manufacturability, wall thickness consistency, base stability, overflow capacity, and handle integration. The geometry was optimized to facilitate glass forming processes while ensuring structural strength and long-term durability under repeated use.
