Luxury 50 mL Glass Perfume Bottle Design for Premium Fragrances

This project involved the design and development of a 50 mL luxury glass perfume bottle intended for premium fragrance and cosmetic brands. The objective was to create a distinctive bottle that combines modern aesthetics with manufacturing feasibility, resulting in a product that enhances brand identity while meeting industry packaging standards. The bottle was modeled in SolidWorks using a fully parametric design approach, enabling precise control over the bottle geometry, wall thickness, neck finish, and overall volume. The design features a unique sculpted profile with flat faceted surfaces that provide a sophisticated appearance while improving ergonomics and visual appeal. Special attention was given to glass manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, overflow capacity, base stability, and compatibility with standard fragrance closures and spray pump assemblies. The bottle was engineered to balance elegance, durability, and production efficiency, making it suitable for commercial manufacturing.
