50 mL Bell-Shaped Luxury Perfume Bottle Design

his project involved the design and development of a 50 mL bell-shaped glass perfume bottle for premium fragrance packaging. Inspired by the graceful silhouette of a traditional bell, the bottle combines timeless elegance with modern manufacturing principles to create a distinctive packaging solution that enhances product presentation and brand identity. The bottle was designed in SolidWorks using parametric modeling techniques, allowing precise control over the bottle profile, wall thickness, neck finish, and internal capacity. Its gently curved body transitions into a wide, stable base, providing excellent balance while creating an elegant visual profile that reflects luxury and sophistication. Special attention was given to glass manufacturability, uniform wall distribution, base thickness, overflow capacity, and compatibility with standard perfume pump and collar assemblies. The design incorporates Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficient glass production while maintaining premium aesthetics and structural durability.
