2D / 3D Mechanical CAD Engineer for Hydraulic Scissor Lift Cart
This project presents the comprehensive 3D CAD design of a manual hydraulic scissor lift table cart, engineered to industrial material handling standards. The assembly incorporates a flat steel work platform, a double scissor linkage elevation mechanism with central pivot pin, a hydraulic cylinder actuator with foot pump lever, a welded base frame, four heavy duty casters with wheels, a safety chain, and an ergonomic tubular push handle with rubber grip. The design demonstrates proficiency in hydraulic lifting mechanism modeling, structural assembly design, and photorealistic visualization.
