2-layer-pem-fc

Designed and Assembled 2 layers of a PEM-FC. The normal industry practice for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells is to laser weld some layers of the FC to ensure that gas doesnt leak and slippage. The idea here was to challenge the industry and create a design where you could ensure these criteria by adding gaskets and hemming procedure to same of these thin plates. And after it you could also add bolts to apply stress normal to the planes of the thin plates to enforce the non leakage of gas and water vapor.
