Questions and answers
We require CAD assemblies or part files in .dwg or .stp files that we can convert to .obj and individual components for interactivity.
As it is WebGL-based rendering, we need an optimised version of the model.
For product polygonal models for the web catalogues, not more than 20k polys.
CAD files for engineering products can be provided in .stp or .dwg format, allowing us to remesh and optimise them for WebGL. Don't expect it to be too high fidelity, as we needed to optimise for web hosting.
