Yes, for the Standard and Advanced packages, as long as your sketch or photo includes all necessary dimensions and references. Photos of physical objects without complete dimensions are not accepted for this service. If you need a part modeled from a photo without dimensions, please see my design service.
I provide 3D models in STEP, STL, or other neutral 3D formats supported by SOLIDWORKS. If you need a specific format, let me know when you contact me.
This service does not include fully-editable or parametric models. If you require a parametric model or native SOLIDWORKS part file, please check my separate parametric modeling service.
