Complete 3D modeling in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Fusion 360 with dynamic motion simulation, clash detection, and clearance analysis. Precision Mechanism & Drive Integration: Sizing and mechanical integration of precision motion components—including servo/stepper motors, linear actuators, bearings, and harmonic/cycloidal drives.

Manufacturing Drawings & GD&T (ASME Y14.5):
Shop-ready 2D drawing packages with tight tolerance stack-up analysis, datums, surface finish callouts ($R_a$), material specs, and structured Bills of Materials (BOM). Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Optimization: Static structural and fatigue simulation in ANSYS/SolidWorks Simulation to verify load paths, deflection limits, and safety margins under high-cycle operations.
