I accept standard 3D scan formats including STL, OBJ, PLY, ASC, and PTX (from Revopoint, Shining 3D, Creaform, Artec, etc.). Higher mesh resolution leads to more precise CAD reconstruction.
You will receive clean, production-ready solid or surface CAD models in standard STEP (.stp) / IGES (.igs) format. These non-parametric universal files can be directly opened, measured, and used for CNC machining, 3D printing, or further modeling in any major CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.).
I perform a 3D Deviation Analysis (Color Map Inspection) overlaying the reconstructed CAD solid against your raw scan mesh. Standard nominal tolerance is aligned with the source scan data quality and engineering requirements (typically within ±0.1mm to ±0.2mm for general components). A color map report will be provided to verify deviation distribution before final delivery.
Yes, absolutely. I take IP protection very seriously. Your files will never be shared or used for other purposes, and I am fully open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting the project.
