Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Making detail drawings for pipe lines, plate cutting plan, detail fabrication drawings & schemes for structural steel, field change proposals. Designing and developing piping lay-out and planning studies up to detailed engineering and production of general arrangement & piping fabrication drawings as deliverables. Making general arrangements for piping and equipment sections and details. Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, foundation & structural layout. Developing the conceptual design & piping item as per codes and standards of piping entailing drawings & specification study, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, tool modification and final approval. Assisted in preparation of drafting operating procedures for ensuring quality assurance in the preparation and execution of drafting documents. As a highly skilled in product, mechanical, sheet metal, piping and structural design with good understanding of production and assembly processes, I’m apply my knowledge and experience in design, by using design tools like PMDS/ E3D / CATIA/ Solidworks, AutoCAD, Microstation and many other. I am able to administrate these tools and perform software customization to increase efficiency. Working on “Brown field” / EPCM projects I have used to work in context of scanned environment in form of PointCloud (Leica / Z+F/ LMI). I’m able to work fully independently, or as part of the team, or to take lead role with high level of responsibility and determination to complete project in shortest possible time with highest level of quality of delivered solutions or end documentation.
