Greetings of the day, ● Knowledge of AUTO CAD, SOLID WORK & CATIA design software ● Many types of special precision chucks, fixture design in 2D & 3D ● Work on that software, knowledge in attachment layout with convert in std. ● Knowledge of process in manufacture part & which metal to suit part in work holding ● Precision tolerance part, tolerance & fit knowledge, symbol & where are use std. diameters. ● Conceptual and detail design of Special Hydraulic and manual fixture, Hydraulic Cylinders and other work holdings ● types of equipment for machine tools and just started with Special Purpose Machines. ● Reverse Engineering of existing mechanisms/equipment. ● 3D modeling, Detailing & preparing manufacturing drawings for key customers. ● Costing and Estimation of the Projects. ● Preparation of Process Planning and Stage wise process drawings for effective manufacturing. ● Coordinate with Production and Manufacturing departments to monitor and support the process of the project. ● Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for outsource & commercial products. ● Overall design parameter calculation, part-list generation w.r.t general assemblies and technical documentation. ● Responsible for troubleshooting of machines. ● Knowledge of control plan.
