I have been designer working for architect firms for 37 years. Have a Bachelor or Architecture degree. Presently project manager for new firm, but needing work while firm is growing. Experience: Commercial and residential design. Accomplishments: Hampton Inn Hotel near historic New Orleans French Quarter, NOLA Motor Sports Avondale, LA, Entertainment venue with high speed go-cart tracks, various residential work from renovations to high end residences. My main focus is residential construction, and light commercial. I have 14+ yrs. as a framing, and trim carpenter, and 5 yrs. experience using various CAD programs. I've built and remodeled many structures both physically & digitally. Whether it's needing a floor plan for the local building inspector, a 3D model to help visually, or full blown rendering for presentation needs I can help. I primarily use Chief Architect, and Chief Architect Home Designer Professional design software.
