Countless hours of hand drafting, that's all high school offered for anyone in the mid '80s, t-squares, triangles, scales ect. I grew up farming in the '70s & '80s. After high school I started injection molding, I designed a die for my employer and basically handed them free intellectual property for the sake of efficiency. their engineer had a primitive CAD program I experienced back in 1994. I now have over 25 years of manufacturing experience including "lean" methods aquired from one of the finest injection molders on Earth.
