My name is Robert Holden and I find the right balance for successful project design. Projects begin with ideas. Ideas convert to goals. Attaining goals often require a physical environment to accomplish. ►This is the point where I join the conversation. I begin with a detailed scope of work based on a legacy of successful projects. ►Next, schematic design is an iterative process where investigation compiles constraints. ►Constraints are documented in a program. Once approved, the program is the basis for graphic representations of conceptual designs. ►With a selected design concept, design development begins, documented methods, materials and components are incorporated into the program. ►A completed program is melded into a construction model. The model is carved into construction documents. ►Construction documents are divided by trade. Each trade submits a proposal for construction. ►With accepted proposals, construction administration begins with site mobilization and kickoff. This is the point where conversations that I initiated have been expressed, work now delegated to trades, I remain available for clarifications and change orders, only as required. The aforementioned steps have successfully attained many goals. At times I'm a team member on large complex projects. The largest projects may take months of work to complete. Sometimes I work alone on small projects. On very small projects these steps may be accomplished within hours. Trackball in hand, Revit subscription, on the 11th floor of Plaza Asturias in beautiful Maringá Paraná, with a black pug, Noah, and my husband, Joaõ, I am ready to discuss your goals. Except when I'm in my morning AcquaPower class at the gym. ▓ Please emall, text, call or message me about what I may do to help. ▓

Hi I’m Jakeytia but everyone calls me Jae. In my field, when it’s hard to visualize new design ideas, my job is to draw and create 3D models, technical drawings, and realistic renderings of buildings, structures, furniture, and lighting, so all aspects of the design can be seen to better make changes or improvements as needed. Industry professionals in architecture, furniture, and design also require accurate dimensions and drawings of spaces, products, and fixtures. My company listens to their needs and will met and exceed their expectations. We give one on one design development, 3D models, technical drawings, and our attention to detail is borderline obsessive because it's our promise to deliver accuracy. Do you need help visualizing a design?
