Through my firm, I have taken projects and clients through design, permitting, and construction in the US (Florida, US Virgin Islands, California, Georgia, Mississippi), Canada (Quebec, Alberta, Prince Edward Island), and Europe (Romania, Ireland). Budgets range between 100K and 3M, with most of them being custom homes. In my 8 years of experience, I've worked with the IRC and IBC, and have worked for firms in New York and Canada. I have designed buildings in concrete and timber frames, as well as for hurricane and seismic zones. Before starting my practice, I have also worked on military, industrial, and medical projects. I have also been featured in Homes & Gardens, Materials Market, and GoBankingRates. I approach all my projects as a custom design primarily, irrespective of budget. Throughout my journey, I have gained practical experience in: 3D Structural Modeling: Accurate modeling of steel structures, complex connections, and large-scale reinforced concrete elements. Steel Detailing: Generating and reviewing shop drawings and erection drawings, ensuring precise data for workshop fabrication. BIM Coordination: Managing and exporting IFC files, conducting clash detection, and efficiently integrating structural models with architectural and analysis software. Material Take-offs (MTO): Automatically generating bills of materials (BOM), steel profiles, and bolt lists to optimize cost estimation and budgeting processes. My goal is to deliver precise technical solutions that streamline fabrication and erection phases, bridging theoretical engineering concepts with cutting-edge BIM workflows.
