I am a mechanical design engineer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in 3D modeling, developing concepts, and creating technical documentation using Solid Edge. I have participated in a wide range of projects, from designing complex machines and mechanical components to creating precise technical drawings for production and assembly. My expertise covers the entire design process – from the initial concept to detailed CAD 2D and 3D models, including performing simulations and analyses aimed at optimizing designs. I am passionate about transforming client ideas into innovative and effective engineering solutions, ensuring both functionality and precision. My achievements include: Design and strength calculations, as well as conducting measurements of stresses and deformations in load-bearing structures of trailers, agricultural trailers, and large agricultural vehicles. My work included designing specialized trailers for transporting crops and fertilizer application systems. As a result, I was able to reduce the weight of the vehicles while maintaining key technical parameters such as load capacity and durability. Designing a series of agricultural machines with interchangeable bodies. I developed an innovative solution with a chassis compatible with various bodies, including platforms for transporting bales, dump bodies for rear and side tipping, and fertilizer application systems. Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Making detail drawings for pipe lines, plate cutting plan, detail fabrication drawings & schemes for structural steel, field change proposals. Designing and developing piping lay-out and planning studies up to detailed engineering and production of general arrangement & piping fabrication drawings as deliverables. Making general arrangements for piping and equipment sections and details. Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, foundation & structural layout. I am a Certified Professional Building Designer with 7 years of hands on Architectural Design and Drafting experience. I am highly proficient in using Sketchup Pro and Layout, as well as AutoCAD to produce construction and design documents. My experience pertains to producing design drawings for residential and light commercial projects, and for all phases including Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. I maintain my title as Certified Professional Building Designer with the National Council of Building Designer Certification, Which requires at least 6 years of Drafting Experience to qualify to take the exam. Upon successfully passing the exam it then requires 8 credit hours of continuous education per year to maintain certified status.
