I am a Mechanical Draftsman. I have experience of 15 years as Piping and Mechanical structural Draftsman in a fertilizer industry. I have huge experience of Autocad and Cad works. I have experience of drafting of piping plans, piping Isometric, piping supports, civil foundations for supports and equipment's drawings.

More than 15 years experience in the filed of Design & Drafting on several projects. Strong Technical knowledge for Piping, pressure vessels. Storage tanks, heat exchanger, pump, compressors, columns. Towers, Steel Structure, Mechanical & Civil Drafting. Preparing propose initial conceptual design layouts for various projects. Ability to create detailed construction drawings independently which is included related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications. Involve in construction, supervision, inspection and material take-off. Involve with Auto CAD 2D & 3D,Bently open plant 3D-Modeler, Piping plan, piping Isometric Drawings, Sheet Metal Work, Mechanical Drawings, PFD, P&ID, and Civil Layout etc. A keen and dedicated Piping Designer having approx. 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Mechanical equipment industries. My Responsibilities Includes: • Preparation and modification of Piping layouts. • Preparation of piping isometrics. • Extraction of isometrics form plan. • Piping of storage tank, vessel, heat exchanger, Pumps and Compressors  equipment layout and general arrangement drawings  Under Ground Piping Drawings  • Preparation and modification of support layout. • Preparation of M.T.O. (Weight Calculation) and B.O.Q. • Sketching to provide information and site conditions.  Preparing Steel Structure drawings for installation, proposed new Platform, Joints detail (Welded & Bolted) Bracing, ladders. • Fabrication detail drawings • Rigging plan views from PDS 3D model. • Site Supervision during Project execution and Turn Around. • Generation of bill of material for Projects. • Preparation and modification of Equipment drawings.  • Support marking as per stress analysis report.  Design the BOX UP for different kind of leakages  • PFD, P&IDs, MSDs.
