Architect andDesigner with 10+ years of experience in conceptual design across hospitality, luxury residential, mixed-use, and corporate office projects. I partner with studios, developers, and independent clients to translate early-stage ideas into strong, buildable design concepts — from spatial planning and massing studies to presentation-ready visual narratives. Based in Mexico City, I work remotely with international teams and have experience collaborating with landscape and lighting specialists on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. My focus is conceptual clarity: getting a design idea to a point where a client or investor can see it, understand it, and move forward with confidence. Open to freelance conceptual design collaborations, design reviews, and consulting engagements. Retail, Hospitality, Luxury Residential & Corporate Interiors.

Senior 3D designer with 18+ years of experience in retail, POSM, and trade show/exhibit design for internationally recognized consumer brands including PepsiCo, Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, L'Oreal Paris, and Frito-Lay. My specialty is bridging creative concept and manufacturable reality: I take a design from initial sketch through construction drawings, exploded views, and production-ready technical documentation that fabrication teams can build from without ambiguity. Recent projects include: - Frito-Lay Gondola System: a modular retail fixture engineered to hold up structurally across hundreds of store locations, with full manufacturing specifications for SKU allocation and shelf hierarchy. - Vehicle-integrated activation stand for Crisol: solved transport, assembly sequencing, and structural load from the earliest design stages through final installation. - L'Oreal Bright Reveal Premium Display: structural planning and lighting integration under strict corporate brand guidelines. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). I'm bilingual (Spanish/English), based in the Dominican Republic, and available for remote collaboration across US and European business hours. I bring the same discipline to every project: a design isn't finished until it's buildable, shippable, and installable exactly as intended.
