I’m an architect specialized in BIM-based workflows, developing hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction documentation. I enjoy balancing the technical side of architecture with design sensitivity, making sure projects are both buildable and thoughtfully resolved. Architect with a background in Geological Engineering (Bachelor of Architecture, UAM Azcapotzalco; Geological Engineering, IPN-ESIA Ticomán) and 3 years of experience in BIM. I specialize in converting laser scan and point cloud data into precise, high-quality Revit models for renovation, heritage, and as-built projects. My technical foundation in geology and surveying gives me a strong understanding of site conditions and topography that most BIM modelers don't have — a real advantage for projects involving existing structures or complex terrain. Recently completed the pre-renovation and progress-tracking BIM modeling for a 1,000 m² public hospital renovation project in Mexico, supporting coordination throughout the construction process.
