Spring & Oring design based on functional condition and load. DFX,DFA,DFM,FMEA. Project Planning & Monitoring : Technical/Process study of parts, assembly and mechanism. Development of BOM Project planning & Scheduling from designing to final product. Technical documentation. Analysis of Proof of Concept (PoC) Preparation of project proposal for it’s feasibility. General Execution : Design Modification, Root Cause Analysis and DFMEA 3D Printing & Prototyping for product evolution.
