I am Lina María Martínez, an architect with a solid track record in implementing BIM methodology, specializing in Revit modeling and project coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines (plumbing, electrical, and mechanical). My comprehensive approach allows me to detect and resolve clashes between systems early on, ensuring accurate models that reduce costs and prevent construction delays. I have successfully worked as an external contractor (freelance services) for major Colombian construction companies, including Constructora Bolívar, and have also modeled residential projects for the city of Miami, Florida (USA), applying international building codes and standards. My key strengths include creating custom parametric families, generating precise material quantity takeoffs, and performing multidisciplinary coordination in collaborative environments such as BIM 360, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. I hold a degree in Architecture from Universidad San Buenaventura de Cali, with an active professional license (CPNAA), and I am available immediately for remote projects.
