My focus is simple: take your idea from concept to awesome design, specialised engineering, production-level prototyping, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing, smoothly and efficiently. With 15+ years of experience across industrial design, product development, automotive design, mechanical engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing, I bring together creative thinking and practical engineering to develop products that are not only visually impressive, but also functional, reliable, manufacturable, and commercially viable. I lead a multidisciplinary design studio based in Bombay, India, with a team of 8 designers and engineers. Our combined expertise allows us to manage the complete product journey under one roof, from early concept exploration and industrial design to detailed CAD, engineering, physical prototypes, testing, manufacturing documentation, and production support. We believe great products are created when design and engineering work together from day one. From Idea to Manufacturing Our process is structured to reduce delays, avoid costly redesigns, and move quickly from imagination to reality: Concept Strategy → Industrial Design → Ergonomics → Specialised Engineering → Detailed CAD → Simulation → Production-Level Prototype → Testing → DFM/DFA → Manufacturing We consider materials, mechanisms, user interaction, tolerances, assembly, serviceability, tooling, cost, and manufacturing feasibility throughout the process, rather than treating them as problems to solve at the end. Multidisciplinary Experience Our work covers a wide range of industries and product categories, including: - Industrial and consumer products - Automotive, EV, motorcycle, and mobility design - Drones, UAVs, VTOL, and specialty vehicles - Mechanical systems, mechanisms, and automation - Medical equipment and healthcare products - Wearables, smart devices, and electronics - Furniture, interiors, and commercial spaces - Injection-moulded plastics, silicone, sheet metal, CNC, and 3D printing - Product visualisation, photorealistic rendering, and animation Selected Projects I designed and engineered an electric motorcycle for Tork Motors, working across concept development, vehicle design, packaging, engineering, and production considerations. For Probot, I designed a palletising robot arm that was very well received by the client. This project combined industrial design, mechanical movement, functional packaging, and engineering into a practical automation product. I have worked on sports cars, luxury vehicles, EVs, motorcycles, and automotive components, including an electric sports car project for the UAE. My automotive experience includes exterior and interior design, Class-A surfacing, mechanical packaging, component development, and manufacturing feasibility. I have also worked on racing FPV drones, VTOL concepts, and defence-related UAV projects, requiring lightweight structures, component integration, mechanisms, and practical engineering solutions. In the healthcare sector, I designed a mobile clinic bus for Medanta Hospitals, integrating multiple clinical functions, medical equipment, HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, storage, patient movement, and weight distribution into an 11-metre vehicle. The project later led to another rural mammography van development. My product development experience also includes medical devices, fitness wearables, smart products, consumer goods, furniture, premium lifestyle products, electronic enclosures, and complex mixed-material assemblies.
