I need an as-built measurement survey and CAD floor plan created for an existing residential house located in Fort Kochi, Kerala, India.
Background:
The house was built in the 1990s and no usable drawings currently exist. I need a fresh, accurate plan based on the house's current physical state.
Scope of work:
Physical site visit to measure the house (on-site presence required — this is not a remote-only job)
Capture: room dimensions, wall thickness, door/window locations and sizes, ceiling heights, and plumbing/drainage point locations (especially in kitchen and bathroom areas)
