About the job
We need a draftsman to support interior construction drawing documentation for a multi-unit luxury residential serviced apartments project. The building has five floor typologies across two blocks, with 5 distinct interior themes for all units. The work involves producing floor plans, false ceiling plans, electrical layouts, kitchen and washroom details, elevation drawings, and joinery details based on design briefs and marked-up PDFs we provide. Architectural base CAD drawings are available. The ideal candidate has a background in interior design or architecture, is proficient in AutoCAD 2D, and can produce clean, co-ordinated, build-ready drawings with minimal revisions. Strong understanding of interior drawing conventions is essential. Please share 2–3 samples of relevant CAD work with your application.
