About the job
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Hardware/Schematic Engineer to design the schematics for two interconnected boards (PCB layout is NOT required at this stage).
What needs to be designed:
Master Module: 24V power input distribution and communication with the outside world via a hardware-isolated RS-485 interface.
Analog Input Module: Digitization of two industrial sensor channels (0-10V / 4-20mA). Based on a precision ADC (e.g., ADS1248). A strict requirement is the implementation of a digital galvanic isolation barrier placed after the ADC. The boards communicate with each other via an SPI bus.
Key Requirements (Strict):
EDA Tool: EasyEDA (Pro or Std) ONLY.
BOM & Components: 100% of the components must have associated C-part numbers from the LCSC Electronics catalog, as the boards will go directly to JLCPCB for automated PCBA assembly.
Base MCU: STM32F103 (or your proposals for modern, available equivalents).
A detailed Technical Specification (Statement of Work) along with a complete Texas Instruments reference architecture will be provided to the selected candidate.
🔥 Bonus: The engineer who successfully and competently completes this Phase 1 (Schematic Capture) will be guaranteed a contract for the paid Phase 2 — PCB Layout of these boards.
