3D Virtual Tour of a Proposed Mixed-Use Land Development for a Fairfax VA Property.
The 3D models need to be accurate in scale, land slopes, tree types, materials, surrounding house sizes (grey box or generic models), accurate location of the sun with shadows.
There needs to be 3 different building models, landscaping with trees, grass, plants and terrain, complete interior design of two types of buildings; Commercial unit and a Residential unit, additional development features such as walls, fences, guard rails, stairs, parking lot, accurately sized parking lot lines, roads, light sources, ect.
For the Virtual Tour it needs to be able to travel through the Development, stop at key focal points, enter in doors that open that show the interior of two types of buildings; Commercial unit and a Residential unit.
Up to 3 revisions for the Major Milestones fixing inconsistencies or errors.
Deliverables for each Milestone :
• 3D Topo Layout with Source File
• 3D Building Models with Source File
• 2 x 3D Interior Layouts (Commercial and Residential) with Source File
• 3D Landscape, Terrain, and Sun Placement with Source File
• 3D Development with all Models put together with Source File
• Video files for each of the 4 Total rendered virtual walkthrough paths with Source File
• All Deliverables mentioned above completed within August
