Scope of Work:
3D Modeling: Develop a precise, clean, and well-organized 3D model in SketchUp
Material & Texturing: Apply accurate, realistic textures, colors, and material finishes to match the design specifications.
Photorealistic Rendering: Deliver a set of high-resolution
Post-Processing: Enhance the final outputs (color correction, lighting adjustments, adding realistic environment elements) to ensure a premium, presentation-ready look.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp (clean modeling workflows)
