Technical Drawing to CAD conversion for Prototype Project Anyone

Two one-time projects I would like quotes for- Everything needs to be FreeCAD compatible.
Looking to have PDF Technical Drawings with measurements turned into FreeCAD drawings to then 3D print to prototype and eventually submit for CNC milling. Unfortunately Im not that good at CAD design and thus looking for a Pro to help. I would like to separate quotes.
1. Project A13 - To use the PDF Technical drawings of each part turned into separate FreeCAD files that can be then used to 3D print for prototyping.
Second project is more of a reverse engineering CAD , I have some drawings and pictures of a finished product, I would like a base CAD made that is as close as possible with the information available.
2. Project 983 - I have some technical drawings and pictures of finished product Im trying to reverse engineer as a starting point. I need separate FreeCAD compatible files that can be used to 3D print for prototyping.
