Hello,
I am looking for drafting support for residential construction documents in SoftPlan and would like to request a fixed fee proposal based on the attached example drawings.
For pricing purposes, please assume that I would provide the site plan, floor plan, electrical plan, and exterior elevation sketches. The intent is that little to no design work would be required from you. The scope would primarily be converting the provided design information into a complete construction document set in SoftPlan.
Please include the following in your response:
Your estimated fee for producing a construction document set similar to the attached example.
Your level of experience with SoftPlan.
Your experience preparing residential construction documents similar to this type of work.
Your typical turnaround time.
I am currently lining up multiple projects and am looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis.
I am happy to answer any questions or provide additional information to help clarify the scope.
