About the job
We are a bespoke interior design agency dedicated to creating high-end, custom residential and corporate interiors for private and corporate clients. We pride ourselves on unique, tailor-made spaces and custom furniture pieces. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Technical Draftsperson / CAD Detailer to partner with us on a flexible, project-to-project basis. We have the creative concepts, mood boards, and rough dimensions ready. We need you to step in and turn our interior visions into millimeter-perfect, production-ready technical drawings. Your work will be handed directly to our fabrication workshops and onsite electrical/installation contractors. There is zero room for error—pieces must fit the site dimensions perfectly.
What You Will Do
Convert Concepts to Blueprints: Turn our rough sketches, interior layout concepts, and site measurements into precise 2D architectural elevations, sections, and floor plans.
Multi-Material Detailing: Draft highly detailed shop drawings for custom furniture that seamlessly integrate hardwoods/veneered plywood, structural steel frames, and custom glass elements.
Integrated Lighting Details: Design and detail dedicated pathways, wire-routing channels, driver/transformer pockets, and custom recesses for integrated LED strip lighting, puck lights, and smart lighting components within the furniture and millwork.

Deliver Machine-Ready Files: Export clean DXF, DWG, or STEP files compatible with local CNC wood routing, laser metal cutting, and custom glass fabrication. read less
