Scope of Work:Architectural
Design: Conceptualizing exterior facades, floor plans (G+1 or G+2), site planning, and cross-sections.
Space Planning: Optimizing the footprint for living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, modular storage, and outdoor landscaping.Interior
Design: Curating a cohesive design theme, lighting layouts, and material palettes (flooring, veneers, stone/marble).3D Visualizations: Providing high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders (walkthroughs and static images) of the exterior and key interior rooms.
Execution Drawings: Delivering precise, build-ready 2D production/working drawings (civil, plumbing, electrical, and furniture details) so local contractors can build without ambiguity.
Proven portfolio showcasing similar high-end residential or bungalow projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit.Deep understanding of local materials, building codes, and cross-trade coordination.
