We are a premier hardscape and pool contractor in Florida, USA specializing in creative outdoor transformations (renovations and new builds). Our founder handles creative vision; we need a technical powerhouse to translate those visions into high-fidelity renderings and precise, line-item bids
This is a high-speed, "No Design/Technical Execution Only" production role. You will take raw design concepts from our founder and convert them into stunning 3D presentations plus 2D CAD/engineering drawings, with ready-to-sign contracts. You must be able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• CAD Production: Create all 3D and 2D CAD plan renderings with Software Mastery Utilizing your license with Structure Studios VIP3D Version 4.
• Based strictly on the founder’s designs.
• Bid Integration: Input every design element into JobTread, ensuring accurate pricing for each item and category.
• Technical Accuracy: Ensure all 2D plans are build-ready and match the scale/specifications provided.
• Speed: Turn around renderings and bids rapidly (same day, next day, maximum 2 days) to keep up with our high-volume sales cycle.
