Project
I need manufacturing-ready CAD for a custom food-grade silicone protective
boot for a 24 oz stainless steel water bottle (Owala FreeSip 24 oz). It's a
single moulded part with 8 decorative charm sockets (Crocs/Jibbitz-style
snap-in) set into a thicker band around the upper boot, plus a drainage hole
in the base. I have a detailed written design brief with diagrams (attached),
and I can provide the physical reference bottle and boot for measurement.
Deliverables
- Manufacturing-ready 3D CAD model (native source file + STEP)
- STL files
- 2D technical drawings: dimensions, wall thickness, draft angles, parting
lines, and section views
- A cross-section/detail view of the charm socket (closed-bottom pocket)
- Manufacturing (DFM) notes
- The editable source file (I own all files and IP)

- Fits Owala FreeSip 24 oz (base diameter about 79 mm)
- Food-grade silicone, about 50–60 Shore A
- Side wall about 1.5–2 mm; thicker charm band about 6–8 mm
