Consumer Product Designer Needed for Innovative Flexible Hair Accessory (CAD + Prototype Development) Anyone

I am looking for an experienced product designer or mechanical design engineer to help develop a new consumer hair accessory from concept through prototype.
The product is a flexible hair clip/accessory designed to wrap around twisted hair. The concept uses a flexible crescent-shaped body with small comb-like teeth on the underside to help grip the hair during wrapping.
The user begins at the end of a section of hair and wraps the accessory upward toward the scalp. The two ends of the accessory naturally overlap and self-retain without using a traditional clasp, latch, button, or hinge. The goal is a simple, elegant, easy-to-use design that can eventually be manufactured at scale.
I currently have sketches, concept drawings, and a written functional description.
Deliverables requested:
• Review and refine the concept
• Identify potential design or functionality concerns
• Develop 2–3 design concepts
• Create professional 3D CAD models
• Create STL files for prototype printing
• Recommend suitable materials (TPU, TPE, flexible plastic, etc.)
• Consider future manufacturing methods such as injection molding
• Provide engineering drawings as needed
Requirements:
• Experience designing consumer products
• Experience with 3D printing and prototype development
• Experience designing plastic or flexible components
• Ability to sign an NDA before receiving detailed design information
