Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced Architect, Civil Engineer, or Architectural Draftsman to create a professional 2D Ground Color Floor Plan for my residential plot.

The design should be practical, Vastu-friendly (optional), space-efficient, and suitable for future 3D elevation development.


Plot Details
Plot Size: 31 ft (Front Width) × 84 ft (Depth)
Total Area: Approximately 2,604 sq. ft.
Front Road Side: 31 ft
Main Gate Width: 14 ft

For your reference:

Suppose I am standing at the front of the Plot then the front Gate side wall will be: 9 inch

back side wall - 9 inch/4 inch
Right Side outer wall - 4 inch
Left Side outer Wall - 4 inch


Requirements
Bedrooms
Total: 4 Bedrooms
Preferred Room Size: 15 ft × 12 ft minimum
Proper ventilation and window placement

Bathrooms
2 Bedrooms should have:
Attached Bathroom + Toilet
Western WC
Combined Bath & Toilet
Remaining bedrooms must share a common bathroom if required

*** Out of 4 Bedroom, one BedRoom I want little Big as in that Room I want to setup my studytable/office setup table.
