AutoCAD Draftsman Needed Today — Closed Mall Schematic Floor Plans Anyone

I need an experienced AutoCAD architectural draftsman / mall planner to prepare schematic floor plans for a closed commercial mall project called CHABAHAR GATE PLAZA.

I have attached the design strategy report. Existing old proposal drawings will also be provided for reference and tracing.

This is urgent. I need the first draft today.

Important:
This is not a final municipality submission package yet.
The required work is schematic AutoCAD floor planning for review before final consultant / municipality submission.

Project scope:

* Basement.
* Ground floor.
* First floor.
* Second floor.
* Third floor.
* Roof.

Required work:

1. Review the attached design strategy report.
2. Review the old proposal drawings.
3. Preserve the general old functional distribution.
4. Improve the internal mall planning based on the approved strategy.
5. Prepare schematic AutoCAD-style plans for all floors.
6. Export clean PDF drawings for review.
7. Provide DWG source files.
8. Provide a basic area schedule per floor.

Key design direction:

* Keep the project as a closed mall.
* Keep basement as parking and services.
* Keep ground floor as retail + anchor supermarket/hypermarket.
* Improve the retail spine and visitor circulation.
* Keep the hypermarket around 550 sqm unless adjustment is clearly needed.
* Keep first floor as retail.
* Keep second floor as clinics / offices / banks / flexible commercial units.
* Keep third floor as food court, family restaurants, kids area, cafés, and optional entertainment/cinema.
* Keep the design cost-controlled.
* Use simple grid logic.
* Stack service cores vertically.
* Avoid unnecessary curves and expensive design features.
* Keep the atrium compact.
* Use standard shop modules.

Deliverables:

1. Basement parking and service plan.
2. Ground floor retail spine, hypermarket, loading, cafés, prayer room and security plan.
3. First floor retail leasing module plan.
4. Second floor clinics / offices / banks / flexible units plan.
5. Third floor food court / restaurants / kids / optional entertainment hall plan.
6. Roof MEP / tanks / exhaust / solar-ready zone plan.
7. Clean PDF drawing set.
8. DWG source files.
9. Basic area schedule per floor.

Milestone delivery:
Milestone 1:
Ground floor first draft within 3–5 hours for approval.

Milestone 2:
Basement + roof schematic plans.

Milestone 3:
First floor + second floor + third floor schematic plans.

Milestone 4:
Final cleanup, PDF export, DWG delivery, and area schedule.

Do not start all floors before I approve the ground floor planning logic.
