I need an experienced AutoCAD architectural draftsman / mall planner to prepare schematic floor plans for a closed commercial mall project called CHABAHAR GATE PLAZA.

I have attached the design strategy report. Existing old proposal drawings will also be provided for reference and tracing.

This is urgent. I need the first draft today.

Important:
This is not a final municipality submission package yet.
The required work is schematic AutoCAD floor planning for review before final consultant / municipality submission.

Project scope:

* Basement.
* Ground floor.
* First floor.
* Second floor.
* Third floor.
* Roof.

Required work:

1. Review the attached design strategy report.
2. Review the old proposal drawings.
3. Preserve the general old functional distribution.
4. Improve the internal mall planning based on the approved strategy.
5. Prepare schematic AutoCAD-style plans for all floors.
6. Export clean PDF drawings for review.
7. Provide DWG source files.
8. Provide a basic area schedule per floor.

Key design direction:

* Keep the project as a closed mall.
* Keep basement as parking and services.
* Keep ground floor as retail + anchor supermarket/hypermarket.
