As our company continues to grow, we are looking to standardize and improve our design and fabrication documentation by engaging a freelance CAD designer.
Currently, many of our stainless-steel fabrication details and elevator interior components are documented using hand-drawn sketches. While this approach has served us well to date, it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain consistency and efficiency as our project volume increases.
We are seeking assistance in developing a library of CAD-based templates and standard details that can be used for both field surveys and fabrication. Reference sketches and existing documentation will be provided to illustrate our current methods and design standards.
The scope of work will include:
-Creating professional field survey templates for measuring and documenting stainless-steel elevator components and interior finishes.
-Developing standardized fabrication drawings for commonly used stainless-steel parts and assemblies.
-Creating a specification and detail library for our elevator interior systems, including panels, reveals, handrails, ceilings, kick plates, and other related components.
-Organizing standard parts, assemblies, and design details into a centralized reference package that can be easily accessed and modified for future projects.
