About the job
I am looking for a talented architect or urban designer to help refine and finalize an architectural master plan for an "Ecological Phalanstery". The core concept is a sustainable, self-sufficient community that integrates residential units, educational spaces, cultural centers, and public functions into a unified ecological environment.
We already have a clear concept, initial site layouts, and AI-generated reference styles to establish the desired atmosphere. However, our current layout feels fragmented. We need a professional to bring a unified architectural identity to the project and seamlessly adapt it to a challenging, steep topography.
Key Challenges & Responsibilities
Unify the Design Language: Redesign or replace current building models so that the residential, public, and educational structures share a harmonious identity in scale, proportions, and materials.
Topographical Integration: Reorganize the current layout to interact naturally and functionally with the existing steep terrain.
Spatial Optimization: Review the current placement of the school, kindergarten, and plaza. You have the creative freedom to relocate these public functions if it improves the master plan's overall flow.
Workflow: You may utilize existing Revit models or commercial architectural models where appropriate, provided they fit the cohesive aesthetic we agree upon.
Required Deliverables
Your final submission package must include the following high-quality arc...
