Sheet Metal CAD Designer - Adapt Kiosk for New Banknote Reader (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks) Anyone
About the job
We have an existing kiosk with cash payment systems. All design files are available in STEP format. We need to adapt the kiosk to a new banknote reader / bill acceptor model. All metalwork is sheet metal and we require production-ready manufacturing drawings.
Project Scope:
Import existing STEP assembly
Modify cash module enclosure and sheet metal parts to fit the new reader (dimensions, mounting points, bill slot, security)
Update bends, flanges, hems, brackets and reinforcements
Create full set of production drawings with flat patterns, bend tables, tolerances, and DXF files for fabrication
Requirements:
Expert in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 sheet metal tools
Experience with kiosks, vending machines, or similar sheet metal enclosures
Ability to deliver clean, manufacturing-ready files
Deliverables:
Updated 3D files (STEP + native)
Complete 2D manufacturing drawings (PDF + DWG)
Flat pattern DXFs for all sheet metal parts
BOM if required
Timeline: 5–10 days preferred.
