Convert Civil 2D Drawings into 3D Model & Elevations for Residential Home Anyone

I'm constructing a home and have completed civil 2D drawings (plans) that I need converted into detailed 3D models and elevations. I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to:
- Develop accurate 3D models of the house based on my existing 2D civil drawings
- Create front, rear, and side elevation drawings
- Ensure dimensions and layout match the provided 2D plans
- Deliver clean, presentation-ready outputs (and editable source files if possible)
I will provide the civil 2D drawings as reference. Please share examples of similar residential 3D and elevation work you've done. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is preferred.
Please note: I expect this to be an iterative process, so the freelancer should be flexible and willing to accommodate multiple rounds of revisions and changes until the designs meet our requirements.
