* Soft silicone toe ring
* Reinforced charm hole system
* Interchangeable charm mechanism
* Flexible flat-disc retention system
Deliverables required:
* STEP files
* STL files
* Technical manufacturing drawings
* Exploded assembly views
* Dimensioned tolerances
Charm system details:
* Stem diameter: 1.8–2.0mm
* Stem length: 3.5–4.0mm
* Flat flexible retention disc:
* 3.8–4.0mm diameter
* 0.6–0.8mm thickness
Materials:
* Matte silicone ring
* Flexible silicone/TPU disc mechanism
* 316L stainless steel charms with PVD coating
