3D model development for a self-service car wash payment terminal Anyone

About the job

We need a 3D model of a payment terminal enclosure for a self-service car wash, designed for 3D printing on a Bambu Lab H2D (build volume 350 x 320 x 325 mm) with AMS 2 Pro. We will print the parts ourselves. The deliverable is the model only, not the manufactured device.
The terminal stands outdoors next to each car wash bay. The enclosure must house all components below and present a single 15.6 inch touchscreen as the only user interface. There are no physical buttons. Printing will be done in a single-color filament (PETG or ASA, weather-resistant). Multi-material printing is not required.
Overall dimensions

- Width: 400 to 450 mm
- Height: 900 to 1000 mm
- Depth: 270 to 300 mm (driven by the depth of the bill validator with cassette)
- Front panel thickness: 4 to 5 mm
- Side wall thickness: 3 to 4 mm with internal stiffening ribs
- Mounting: wall
- Tilt of the front face: 5 to 10 degrees back from vertical to reduce sun glare on the screen

The model must include accurate cutouts and printed brackets for the following hardware. Datasheets and STEP models will be supplied at project start.

| Touchscreen 15.6 inch Full HD capacitive | approx. 370 x 220 x 40 mm with bezel | 40 mm | Waveshare or Beetronics class USB touch monitor, portrait orientation |
| Bill validator NV9 USB by Innovative Technology | 110 x 80 mm, bill slot 80 x 8 mm | approx. 270 mm including cassette | publicly available STEP file |
| Coin acceptor MicroCoin SP | 90 x 55 mm, coin inle... read more

| NFC / SBP payment terminal Vendista v3 with built-in 3.5 inch screen | 110 x 70 mm | approx. 40 mm | datasheet provided privately |
| Raspberry Pi CM4 8GB on a custom carrier board | approx. 90 x 65 mm | 30 mm with heatsink | official CAD available |
| AC/DC power supply Mean Well RS-50-12 | 99 x 82 x 36 mm | manufacturer datasheet |

The terminal is a vertical column. The 15.6 inch touchscreen occupies the upper portion of the front panel in portrait orientation. Below it, the three payment devices sit side by side in a single row: coin acceptor on the left, Vendista in the centre, bill validator on the right. An LED strip channel runs around the perimeter of the screen

## Printer and material constraints

- Each printable part must fit on the H2D bed of 350 x 320 mm with at least 10 mm clearance on all sides.
- If a feature exceeds the bed size, split it into segments joined by mortise-and-tenon, screw flanges, or interlocking clips.
- Account for PETG and ASA shrinkage of approximately 0.3 percent on linear dimensions.
- Hole-to-shaft tolerance: add 0.3 mm to bore diameter for M-series screws.
- Slot tolerance: add 0.2 mm to internal slots intended for inserts.
- Minimum wall thickness: 3 mm with four perimeters in the slicer.
- No support material required. Bridges up to 15 mm are acceptable. Overhangs must stay within 45 degrees from vertical.
- External screws must accept anti-tamper Torx Security T20.
Ergonomics

- Centre of the touchscreen positioned 1450 mm above ground when wall-mounted on a standard base.
- Bill validator slot positioned 1000 to 1100 mm above ground.
- Coin inlet positioned 950 to 1050 mm above ground.
- Vendista NFC area positioned 1150 to 1250 mm above ground.
- Corners rounded with radius R8 to R12 for tactile comfort and clothing safety.

Deliverables

1. Native parametric source file in Fusion 360 (.f3d), FreeCAD (.FCStd), OnShape, SolidWorks (.sldprt and .sldasm) or OpenSCAD (.scad).
2. STL files for each printabl read less
