I am currently looking for a freelance CAD designer to support the mechanical design of a small stainless steel bulk material handling system.
Scope of work:
Troughed belt conveyor
Approx. 10 m length
Belt width: 600 mm
Stainless steel construction (e.g. 1.4404)
Welded and sheet metal design
The system handles free-flowing bulk material with a PSD of approx. 1–3 mm.
Additionally, the project includes the design of a discharge chute:
Around a head pulley without belt scraper
Discharge into a round flange connection
Front-side maintenance hatch
Approx. dimensions:
W 900 mm
H 1000 mm
L 500 mm
General dimensions, interfaces and material specifications will be provided by us.
