Objective: I need a full set of architectural plans drawn for a 36x36 monitor-style barn. I have a local framer ready to build, but I need the architectural set completed so I can hand them off to my local structural engineer for a wet stamp.

Deliverables Required:
Dimensioned Floor Plan (30' x 35' footprint)
Exterior Elevations (All 4 sides)
Roof Plan (Showing monitor roof pitches and lean-to pitches)
Cross Section(s)
Files must be delivered in both PDF and CAD (DWG/DXF) formats.
Note: You do not need to provide structural engineering. I strictly need the architectural drafting completed so my local engineer can apply the structural load calculations.
