I am a final year Civil Engineering Student, and for our final year design project, we are need Perform Push-over Analysis in Dry Stone timber Laced Masonry Wall and Unreinforce Dry stone masonry wall, and then analyze them for the Push over anlaysis (specifically to study the Out of Plane Collapse Mechanism) with the following expected delieverables;
- Macro Modelling of Timber Laced Masonry wall and Unreinforced Dery Stone Wall in SAP2000.
- Material properties for:
• Dry stone masonry
• Timber lacing
will be provided from the research papers.
- Perform Nonlinear Static (Pushover) Analysis
- Simulate Out-of-Plane Collapse Mechanism
- Apply proper boundary conditions and loading cases
- Validate model behavior for academic accuracy
Deliverables:
• SAP2000 model files (.sdb)
• Analysis results and pushover curves
• Graphs and failure mechanism visualization
• Technical report
in the provided file (which is just for the reference context), it has ben modeled in some other softwares like ANSYS SOLID 65, but we are have to modeled it in SAP2000.
